Login FAQs

I purchased a course but haven’t received an enrollment invitation.

If you purchased the course as an individual, your enrollment invitation will be sent via e-mail within one business day of your order being processed. If you did not receive an e-mail, please contact Customer Service at 1.877.AFP.EDUC.

If you are taking the course through your organization or a college/university, contact your course administrator and/or instructor for assistance.

 

How do I get my login name and password?

You should have received an enrollment invitation within one business day of your order being processed. Activate your account by clicking on the personalized link and completing the enrollment form. You will be asked to create a login name and password that will provide access to the program.  After enrollment, you will use your login name and password to enter the program, so be sure to write this information down.

 

I forgot my login name and/or password. What can I do?

For security reasons, we store your password as encrypted and cannot mail it to you. If you would like to reset your password, fill out this form and we will send you an e-mail at the address you gave when you registered to start the process.

 If this will not work for you (for example, if you forgot your login name or your e-mail address has changed), send an e-mail to AFP Support.

 

My login name and password no longer work.

If your login name and password are no longer working, your course may have expired. The online course is available for 12 months following the first time you enroll in it. You can call 1.877.AFP.EDUC (1.877.237.3382), Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., central time, with questions. If your course has not expired, please verify that you are using the correct login name and password.

 

I purchased multiple enrollments and received only one enrollment invitation.

Please review the instructions on the enrollment invitation. They will guide you through the process of enrolling multiple individuals in the course. You can call 1.877.AFP.EDUC (1.877.237.3382), Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., central time, with questions.

 

I have an access code and I don’t know where to enter it.

If you have an access code, you have likely purchased the AFP Learning System: Treasury, 1st Edition or Cash Management Fundamentals. Please click here to enroll in that system.

 

When can I expect to receive my print materials?

Your print materials will be shipped within 24 business hours of purchase and will take 2 to 5 business days to arrive.
